Let's hope he'll recover well. Skiing accidents can be really bad, but they usually have emergency services close to these ski-resorts.

I hope he will be fine. Need to keep in mind that the Europeans have different standards for what qualifies as a serious head injury.

I am european (English), what is that supposed to mean!? But you're right, I imagine that hes gone to a very good private hospital though so The standards will be high

Well, things have changed regarding Michael since I posted that, but it was my understanding that concussions were generally classified as a serious injury. While things are changing here in the States, they haven't historically been considered serious over here. Now, there is new news and that comment isn't really relevant.

Here if you bang your head badly then you normally get checked out but its not classed as serious I think. This is sounding more and more like how Liam Neeson's wife died a few years ago and its scaring me. I wasn't a fan but its Schumacher
